AJ Musewe

AJ is a dedicated researcher and community educator committed to racial equity and preserving Black history and culture. As a first-generation Kenyan, AJ brings a unique perspective to her work and the podcast.


As the founder of With Reverence Co-op, she specializes in interactive educational programs that create immersive experiences linking the past to the present. Her dynamic sessions promote sustainable actions and community connections through storytelling and historical tours celebrating Black culture and heritage.


Before founding With Reverence Co-op, AJ was the Director of Interactive History at Common Power, developing educational programs for neurodiverse and neurotypical learners. With her engaging style and deep knowledge, AJ inspires communities to deepen their understanding of historical contexts and their impact on today’s society, especially within Black communities.

Samuel Adaramola

Sam is a seasoned Creative Director and Storytelling Strategist who blends strategy, design, and filmmaking expertise to craft compelling narratives. With a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from Towson University and a Master of Science in Communications from Syracuse’s Newhouse School, he has a solid academic foundation in media production and communication.


In 2020, Sam founded Fufu and Grits, a creative studio focused on amplifying Black experiences through creative expression. He also co-hosts Papers For My Acres and leads original storytelling projects that emphasize brand narrative and integrated marketing communications.
